Cucumber-Infused White Tea Sparkler
Light, crisp, and wonderfully refreshing, this sparkling mocktail combines the delicate floral sweetness of organic White Peony with cooling cucumber and a hint of sparkle. Perfect for warm afternoons, garden parties, or when you want a sophisticated alcohol-free option that still feels special.
Ingredients:
- Organic White Peony Tea
- Cucumber (4-6 thin slices)
- Simple Syrup (1 tbsp, optional)
- Sparkling Water
- Plenty of Ice
Instructions:

Brew the White Tea
- Steep white tea (~4g/cup, 75°C, 3-4 minutes)
- Strain & let cool to room temperature.

Infuse with Cucumber
- In a jar or pitcher, combine cooled white tea with cucumber slices.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to infuse & chill.

Sweeten (optional):
- Stir in 1 tbsp simple syrup if you prefer a touch of sweetness.

- Fill a tall glass with ice
- Pour in cucumber-infused white tea, about 2/3 full.
