Cucumber-Infused White Tea Sparkler
Light, crisp, and wonderfully refreshing, this sparkling mocktail combines the delicate floral sweetness of organic White Peony with cooling cucumber and a hint of sparkle. Perfect for warm afternoons, garden parties, or when you want a sophisticated alcohol-free option that still feels special. 

Ingredients:

  • Organic White Peony Tea 
  • Cucumber (4-6 thin slices)
  • Simple Syrup (1 tbsp, optional)
  • Sparkling Water
  • Plenty of Ice

Instructions:

  • Brew the White Tea
    • Steep white tea (~4g/cup, 75°C, 3-4 minutes)
    • Strain & let cool to room temperature.  
  • Infuse with Cucumber 
    • In a jar or pitcher, combine cooled white tea with cucumber slices. 
    • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to infuse & chill. 
  • Sweeten (optional): 
    • Stir in 1 tbsp simple syrup if you prefer a touch of sweetness. 
  • Assemble
    • Fill a tall glass with ice
    • Pour in cucumber-infused white tea, about 2/3 full. 
    • Top with sparkling water for a bubbly finish. 
  • Garnish & Serve
    • Garnish with a cucumber ribbon, mint sprig, or a squeeze of fresh citrus. 
    • Serve and enjoy the delicate, garden-fresh flavours! 🌿✨
