Important Update on U.S. Customs Regulations (Effective August 29, 2025)

Effective August 29, 2025, a new U.S. executive order has eliminated Section 321 exemptions under U.S. Customs regulations. This means that all shipments from Canada to the United States, regardless of value, may now be subject to duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and government inspection charges.

Previously, orders under $800 USD were exempt from these costs. Moving forward, every parcel shipped to the U.S. may incur additional import-related fees, which are typically collected COD at the time of delivery.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and fees.

  • If a parcel is refused at delivery due to these charges, the order will unfortunately not be eligible for return or refund.

We truly value our U.S. partners and friends, and we are actively exploring options to help make this transition easier. We’ll also be watching closely for any updates on trade policies that may improve this situation.

Thank you for your understanding as we adapt to these regulatory changes — we’re here to support you with any questions.
