We've updated our U.S. shipping policies to comply with new regulations from both Canada Post and U.S. Customs.
What's Changing:
Effective August 29th, 2025, all shipments from Canada to the United States via Canada Post must have duties prepaid -- a shipping method known as Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).
As a result, we've updated our checkout experience to automatically calculate and charge duties for U.S. orders. These fees will now appear as a separate line item at checkout, ensuring a smoother delivery with no surprise fees upon arrival.
