Shipping

We current ship to Canada and the United States.
If you are located elsewhere, please reach out to us at info@twohillstea.com with the details of your order for a shipping quote.

Standard Shipping Rates

  • Within Canada: $15 USD per order | Free on orders over $75 USD
    (Rates are converted to CAD for those checking out in CAD)
  • To the USA: $20 USD per order | Free on orders over $100 USD

Delivery Details

  • Orders ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.
  • Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 3-8 business days. 

Important for U.S. Customers
Effective August 29, 2025, a new U.S. executive order has eliminated Section 321 exemptions. This means: 

  • All shipments from Canada to the U.S., regardless of value, may now be subject to duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and/or inspection charges. 
  • Previously, orders under $800 USD were exempt. Effective August 29th, additional fees are expected on all parcels, including those under $800 USD. 
  • Additional fees are expected to be collected COD at delivery. 
  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees. 
  • Parcels refused due to these charges are not eligible for refund. 

We deeply value our U.S. customers and are actively exploring options to ease this transition. We'll continue to monitor trade policy updates and share news as it becomes available. 

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available. Please do not come to the warehouse until you receive a 'Ready for Pickup' notification. 

    Returns Policy
    We want you to be happy with your tea. If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased within the last 30 days, please contact us at info@twohillstea.com and we'll do our best to make it right. 

    • If we made a mistake: You'll receive a full refund or exchange. 
    • If you're returning an item due to personal preference: You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept returns on open packages.
