Within Canada
$15 USD per order | Free shipping on orders over $75 USD
(Rates are converted to CAD at checkout for customers shopping in CAD.)
To the United States
$20 USD per order | Free shipping on orders over $100 USD
Delivery Details
Orders ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on the destination.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Important Information for U.S. Customers
Since August 29, 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption no longer applies to shipments entering the United States. As a result, orders shipped from Canada to the U.S. may be subject to duties, tariffs, import taxes, and customs processing regardless of order value.
To make the process as transparent and seamless as possible, we ship U.S. orders using Shopify’s Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) system where applicable.
What does this mean:
- Applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
- The total shown at checkout is intended to include the duties and import taxes required for delivery.
- Customers should not be asked to pay duties or import taxes upon delivery for DDP shipments.
- U.S. parcels may still be reviewed or inspected by customs, which can occasionally cause delays.
- U.S. customs regulations determine duties, tariffs, and import taxes and may vary depending on product classification, country of origin, order value, and current tariff policies.
If a carrier attempts to collect additional duties or import taxes at delivery, please get in touch with us before paying or refusing the parcel so we can review the issue with the carrier.
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us for reasons unrelated to shipping or carrier error, original shipping charges, duties, taxes, carrier fees, and return shipping costs may be non-refundable.

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your tea. If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased within the last 30 days, please get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
If we made a mistake:
You’ll receive a full refund or exchange.
If you are returning an item due to personal preference:
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns on open packages.
