SHIPPING COSTS

We ship to Canada and the United States.  If you are located elsewhere, please drop us a note at info@twohillstea.com for a quotation.

Standard shipping within Canada: $15 USD/order, free over $75

Standard shipping within the USA: $20 USD/order. free over $100

All orders are via Canada Post (USPS) as expedited parcels.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and will typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days.

Local clients can schedule to pickup from our facility. Please don’t drop by our facility without first scheduling your visit, as our facility is closed to public without prior appointments.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased in the last 30 days, please drop us a note (info@twohillstea.com).  We will try our best to satisfy your needs.  

If we made a mistake in your order, please e-mail us and we will offer a full refund. If we made a mistake, we will pay for the return shipment. However, if the reason for your return is due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the cost of mailing the item back to us.
