This pan-fired green tea has long been one of our best-selling green teas, featuring balanced notes of grass and nuts. Its processing style stems from Wuyuan (Province of Jiangxi), close to the celebrated Huang Shan.
This is a more premium (and therefore gentler tasting) version of Chao Qing (炒青): pan-fired green tea.
This batch of tea was farmed organically in the hills of Central Hunan Province.
