This pan-fired green tea has balanced notes of grass and nuts. It's processing style stems from Wuyuan (Province of Jiangxi), close to the celebrated Huang Shan.
About
This is a more premium version of Chao Qing (炒青): pan-fired green tea. Its flavour is more gentle. Over the years, this has been a favourite tea at many of the cool, organic supermarkets that we work with.
Origin
This batch of tea was farmed organically in the hills of Central Hunan Province.
