This matcha is harvested and produced from spring buds and tender young tea leaves. Our matcha tea plants are grown in partial sunlight (i.e. they are covered with a canopy) a few weeks each spring, boosting the amount of clorophyl in the leaves; hence the very high concentration of anti-oxidants. After harvest, the tea is meticulously ground into very fine particles and shipped to Two Hills, where we keep it in a temperature controlled room. It is perfect for making matcha lattes, frappes, ice cream and smoothies.

We've gotten a lot of questions about the difference between Grade A and Everyday Matcha.. and the truth is there's no difference! To prevent confusion we combined the SKUS for small bags of Everyday Matcha and lb bags of Grade A.
A NEW LOOK, SAME GREAT PRODUCT! We decided to refresh the look of our Everyday Matcha’s packaging to reflect how proud we are to offer a delicious yet affordable tea. Taking inspiration from the rolling hills where the leaves were grown, we channeled the luscious green that takes us all the way back to Wuyi when our founders first stepped foot in the tea gardens. The resulting new design aims to showcase the freshness and vibrancy that our Everyday Matcha offers!
