How It Is Made
Mumbai Chai begins with carefully selected premium black tea leaves that provide a smooth, full-bodied foundation.
Here in Richmond, British Columbia, the tea is expertly blended with a harmonious combination of traditional chai spices, creating a balance where every ingredient complements the next.
Cardamom adds delicate floral sweetness.
Cinnamon contributes gentle warmth.
Ginger delivers lively spice.
Cloves bring richness and depth.
Black pepper leaves a subtle lingering heat.
Rather than competing, these ingredients work together to create layers of flavour that continue to unfold with every sip.
Inspired by traditional Indian masala chai, this blend is equally delicious enjoyed on its own or simmered with milk and lightly sweetened for a classic chai experience.
The result is bold, aromatic, creamy, and deeply satisfying.
